Complete guide to Bermuda Remastered in Free Fire

Bermuda Remastered is a complete rehaul of the Bermuda map, with a new look and new surprises.

Here, you'll learn everything that you need to know about Bermuda Remastered, from the best locations to land in to strategies that you should try the next time you drop down. While it may look like the same Bermuda, this remastered version does have some differences, which makes careful planning critical.

Improvements in Bermuda Remastered

Bermuda Remastered is, as the name implies, a rehashed version of the original Bermuda map that launched with Garena Free Fire. Its locations, layout and building placements are all virtually the same, so if you are familiar with the original map, you will be able to hop into this remastered version with little issue.
Matches in Bermuda Remastered don’t look much different than Bermuda, so you can use whatever strategies you've concocted in that map to your advantage here. Following that game plan will work wonders and you may find yourself getting the Booyah sooner than expected.

Hot spots in Bermuda Remastered

Each map in Free Fire has locations that attract more players right at the start of a match. Map placement plays a factor in these zone’s attractiveness, as does access to weapons. Each of these Bermuda Remastered locales will be great places for you to start a match. Just watch out for other players or that match will end as soon as it begins.
  • Peak: It is the most popular landing spot on both the original map and Bermuda Remastered. It is the highest point on the map with high-quality loot in droves, and it is right in the centre of the map. Landing at Peak will guarantee a quick firefight, so make sure that you’re ready immediately after you land.
  • Pochinok: If Peak is too active for you but you still want to throw down when you land, consider landing at Pochinok. It’s located at the base of the mountain holding Peak. There's still plenty of weapons and loot to find, but most players dropping into the area will start up at Peak, which gives you some time to breathe before finding a foe.
  • Mill: Like Pochinok, Mill's proximity to Peak makes it a popular drop spot, with a ton of loot scattered around the old warehouse. Landing here does require some time management, as its distance from the centre could make finding the safe zone a chore.

Low-key landing locations

On the opposite end of the spectrum, if your preferred approach to a battle royale isn't as in your face as someone who wants to land at Peak, these three locations will let you drop in, gather a ton of loot without interruption and become a one-person army for the remainder of the match.
  • Samurai's Garden: Samurai's Garden is a little island with its own lore, connected to the mainland via two long bridges. It’s a great place to start, as many other players might not like the idea of being so far away from the centre of the map and having limited escape routes. That means more loot for you, as long as you pay attention to the safe zone's movement.
  • The Circuit: Just north of Samurai's Garden is The Circuit, a giant racetrack in the southwestern corner of the map. The flat surface of the racetrack helps keep your enemy in your sightline, and the loot output is notably good. If you want to start off the beaten path but the isolated island of Samurai's Garden weirds you out, give The Circuit a try.
  • Mars Electric: Mars Electric is located in the southernmost area of the map, with buildings located next to two massive towers. Those buildings are stuffed with loot, and Mars Electric's position off the beaten path makes it a great place to start a match, particularly if you are new to the game.

Best strategies for Bermuda Remastered

Bermuda Remastered, like its predecessor, serves as a terrific 'tutorial' map for new players. It has multiple add-on battle areas to help players implement diverse styles and strategies.
While each landing spot on the map is fine from case to case, choosing one or two to be your tried-and-true landing spots is always a good idea. That way, you can map out routes and strategies and learn the flow of a Free Fire match with consistency.
