All the power-ups in Gardenscapes

Power-ups are essential in Gardenscapes, helping you clear obstacles, complete objectives and maximise your score. This guide will help you understand how each one works and how to combine them for the best results.

Match four tiles of the same colour in a row or column to create a Firecracker. When activated, it clears a small one-tile radius area around it, making it perfect for breaking obstacles or triggering other power-ups.

Match five tiles in an L or T shape to create a Bomb. This power-up creates a larger explosion than the Firecracker, clearing a two-tile radius portion of the board and helping to break through tougher obstacles.

Match six or more tiles in an L or T shape to generate Dynamite. Its explosion covers a three-tile radius, making it an excellent tool for clearing clusters of obstacles in one move.

Match seven or more tiles to generate TNT. Its explosion covers an even wider area than Dynamite – a four-tile radius – making it one of the most formidable power-ups available to you.

Rainbow Blast is a rechargeable power-up that charges up whenever you activate other power-ups. When swapped with any tile, it removes all tiles of that colour from the board. Combining it with another power-up amplifies its effect, creating massive board-clearing combos.
