DJ Alok is the Free Fire version of the real-world DJ Alok, a prominent member of the Brazilian music scene.
In the game, he shows "the healing power of music to the world" as he brings "positive changes through music and performance". He's signed on to perform a closed concert on the Free Fire Island, as his performances have "unique energy and soul" that reaches others' "innermost being".

DJ Alok's ability, Drop The Beat, creates a field of aura spanning five meters that temporarily increases the movement speed of any of your teammates who walk through it while it's active. The aura also heals any damage they sustain, at a rate of 5 HP per second for 10 seconds.

Unfortunately, the effects of the aura do not stack on top of one another, so a teammate cannot continuously leave and enter the aura to gain a massive speed boost. Still, being able to deploy a buff field that positively impacts everyone on your team is a potent ability for any Free Fall character to possess.

Alok’s special survival ability is called Party Remix. You can still deploy the aura field from Drop The Beat, but now music notes will appear behind Alok as he moves around for as long as the aura is active. If a teammate is running behind and won't make it into the aura, collecting a music note will bestow the perk on them anyway. Healing power of music, indeed!
