Started in 2012 by the Metro Trains Melbourne transport authority, Dumb Ways to Die began as a public service announcement to improve train safety. From these humble roots it took on a life of its own, becoming a hit YouTube video and, a decade later, a TikTok superstar.

While this is the fourth entry into the unusual series, it shows no sign of slowing down with even wilder games to enjoy. It’s also expanded its focus so you can build out magical locations for the Beans to inhabit and explore, providing a sense of purpose to the madness and meaningfully tracking your achievements.

With cutesy visuals that make the macabre feel cheerful, Dumb Ways to Die offers up plenty of opportunities for fun.

Aside from the multiple worlds you can unlock and populate with Beans, there are tons of unique minigames to discover, high scores to achieve, and new characters to snag. You’ll also find themed events that tie the chaos to seasonal moments, providing you with plenty of examples of what not to do.
