How to play Call of Duty: Mobile with friends
While cleaning up lobbies in free-for-all matches is all well and good, playing with friends opens up a world of coordinated strategies, shared victories, and epic rivalries. To get started, we’ve made a helpful guide to follow.
How to add friends
- Launch COD Mobile: Open the game and wait for the main menu to load.
- Access the Friends Menu: Tap the double silhouette Friends icon located at the top right corner of the screen.
- Add Friends: Select the Add Friends option.
Enter your friend's username or user ID in the search bar and tap the search button. From the results, find your friend and tap the Request button to send a friend request. Once your friend accepts the request, they'll appear in your friends list, and you can start playing together. Make sure that both you and your friend are using the latest version of the game to avoid compatibility issues.
Inviting friends to a match
- Choose a Game Mode: From the main menu, select the desired game mode (e.g., Multiplayer, Battle Royale)
- Access the Lobby: Tap on the Invite Friends button located below the game mode selection
- Invite Friends: A list of your online friends will appear. Tap the + icon next to the friends you wish to invite.
- Start the Match: Once your friends have joined the lobby, tap the Start button to begin the game
You can also create private rooms for custom matches, so you can face off against your friends with whatever rules and maps you prefer.
