Tip
Monitor your heart rate during and after workouts by holding your finger over the camera and flashlight of your device. A timer would count down and provide the results of your reading.

You can also modify any plan on the fly by adding activities or accessing lessons, suggestions, and resources to maintain and build on your health achievements going forward.
