New Space Farmer update

New main hub button, global notification panel, building placement/Panic Mode animations, and a space station centralizing alien arrivals. Emergency events and farm, mine and delivery storage were rebalanced. Both Space Lab servers now serve customers. Added main BGM, coin/Panic Mode/Level Up SFX, Conquest start/end screens and a tutorial. Diamond conversion, land prices and PC costs for workers/buildings were adjusted. Rewarded ads are fully functional
