Bounty rewards rescaled: Greater ×2 and Major ×3 rewards

The bounty rewards that you get for clearing World Phases now scale more with difficulty. More demanding phases now yield a Greater Bounty at 2x or a Major Bounty at 3x gold, experience or crafting materials. The World Phase picker shows you if the reward is higher, so you can choose before you commit. Progression is now faster and replaying earlier World Phases is now much more worth your while.
