New heavy cannon prototype: Omniforce

Omniforce is a brand-new heavy cannon prototype armed with heavily modified, self-replenishing cluster munitions. On impact, it deploys explosive clusters charged with either frost or electrical energy. Frost deals 350% damage plus 5% of target max hp and freezes enemies, while electrical clusters deal 550% damage and shock targets. Refining increases damage, reduces refill time, adds 4 clusters, and ultimately guarantees a secondary explosion from every cluster.
