Rerun: Resonator Phrolova

Phrolova, Overseer of the Fractsidus, is a 5-Star Havoc Resonator known for her pursuit of perfect music. She collects Volatile Notes to unlock Resonance Liberation. When casting Resonance Liberation, she removes the bandage from her eye and commands Hecate from the Lycoris throne. When in the Maestro state, Phrolova is immune to direct hits, while Hecate takes on her stats and attacks enemies. When Resonators in the team cast Echo Skill, Hecate casts Enhanced Attack.
