A Ruff Situation is a members-only novice tier quest, requiring only 15 Crafting to start. A new dog shelter near Ice Mountain is struggling to get started, and Talia and Chase need your help! Rescue a litter of puppies chased away by a Goblin, return them safely to the shelter, and earn a the ability to call pups your pets. Once you've helped, keep your eyes peeled across Gielinor for hidden dog breeds waiting to be discovered, as you can unlock adopting them at the shelter once found.
