It waits until an enemy Hero enters its area, then releases a burst of divine power that shuts down their magic and disrupts their spellcasting. Stronger versions leave a lingering effect, making it harder for the enemy to regain their spell rhythm. Its power does not stack endlessly; only the strongest rune effect takes control.
