Physicist's New Skill Quantum Translocator

Physicist masters the quantum field to take control of the battlefield. When the field appears, enemies are briefly stopped, and bullets are cleared. Allies inside the field gain movement speed and attack speed bonuses and can pass through obstacles. The quantum field also periodically releases quantum pulses that replay the damage and status effects dealt by allies between pulses.
