Claude Opus 5.5 is now selectable in Chat AI. It is the one to pick when a task deserves more time and a careful answer. Open a long report and ask what matters in it, work through a problem one step at a time, write something that has to read well, or think through a decision with the details in front of you. Chat AI still holds the quicker models a tap away, and image questions, document chat and web search sit beside them.
