Mary Logue

Award-winning poet and mystery writer Mary Logue was born and raised in Minnesota. She has written six mysteries - Red Lake of the Heart, Still Explosion, Blood Country, Dark Coulee, Glare Ice, and Bone Harvest. Dark Coulee won the Minnesota Book Award in popular fiction in 2000. Logue has also published two previous books of poetry, Discriminating Evidence and Settling, a book about her grandmother titled Halfway Home, and many children's books. Her forthcoming young adult fiction, written with Pete Hautman, is Snatched.
