Bill Sloan

Highly acclaimed author Bill Sloan is well-known for his historical accounts of World War II, the Korean War, and the John F. Kennedy assassination. An award-winning journalist and Pulitzer Prize nominee, Sloan has combined his knowledge of history and his gift for fiction writing in the historical thriller, Five Dark Riders. The author of 15 books of fiction and non-fiction, Sloan is a native Texan and lives in Dallas. He was working on the copy desk at the Dallas Times Herald on November 22, 1963, when President John F. Kennedy was assassinated and has firsthand knowledge of the events that unfolded that day.
