Colin Talbot

Colin R Talbot PhD is Professor of Government at the University of Manchester and a research associate at Cambridge Public Policy, University of Cambridge.Before becoming an academic in 1990, Colin worked in a variety of jobs mainly in the public sector from 1969.He has advised Government, Parliament, the National Audit Office and many other public bodies in the UK and in over two dozen countries.He has published half-a-dozen books, numerous academic and practitioner and media articles.
