Dane Coolidge

DANE COOLIDGE (1873-1940) was a western novelist, wildlife photographer, and naturalist who traveled extensively through the American Southwest, visiting with its varied inhabitants, observing round-ups and other aspects of western life, and becoming a recognized authority on western ways. He published dozens of western novels and scores of short stories in leading magazines.
