English and eccentric, David Mosey came to Canada as a remittance man, but without the remittance. After working almost thirty years in the Canadian nuclear industry, he fled to Lunenburg on Canada’s east coast. There he works as an occasional plumber’s mate, carpenter and trainee boatbuilder. He also messes about in boats and writes. He may often be found in the secondhand bookshop or down the pub where he plays darts with more enthusiasm than accuracy.
