Since the politically active days of Mr. Dumas, he has been the target of supremacist, crooked cops, and their servants. As Mr. Dumas believes in his case for trial and appeal, the judges in this case were bribed, blackmailed, and or simply racist against him as a “Mexican-American” male. And that is not an illogical statement to make at all as is evidenced in the entire appellate record. The California courts have secret files and reports on litigants, these secret reports are prejudicial and judgmental in civil litigation. The Court corruption inside the judicial system is a deep swamp of institutionalized racism, bribery, and blackmail.Mr. Dumas has been politically active since the days of Long Beach City College back in around the year 2000. Mr. Dumas was the President of the ASB Senate for two terms, was a Senator for the Native American Club, and the Founder and President of the student hip hop club known at the time as “Culture Junction”. Mr. Dumas has been fighting for civil and human rights in total opposition to supremacy and racism at every angle in his life. As child Mr. Dumas was targeted, bullied, and harassed by supremacists his whole life. And currently to date, there have been no exceptions.
