Fred C. Kelly

Fred Charters Kelly was born in 1882 and worked in the newspaper business for most of his life. He is credited as the official biographer of the Wright Brothers and worked closely with Orville Wright to bring together an accurate portrayal of the events leading up to the first flight in 1903 at Kitty Hawk. He also published a book of the Wright Brothers letters titled Miracle at Kitty Hawk in 1951. Fred Kelly died in 1959.
