In 1990, Jagdish R. Bhurani adopted Urine Therapy, as advised by one of his well-wishers, to recover from osteoarthritis. His wife Dropati Bhurani also recovered from a nervous problem after undergoing Urine Therapy. The author, along with his wife, had attended the first “All India Conference of URINE THERAPY” held in Goa in 1993. Thereafter, the author researched the proper method and technique to achieve benefits from Urine Therapy and started a mission to create awareness on the benefits of Urine Therapy, providing free social service to help the people suffering from various kinds of diseases. Dr. K.C. Ballal, who was very impressed by the therapy, started recommending and referring his patients suffering from chronic diseases to the author from the year 1995, and all those who consulted him achieved benefits. To complete his mission successfully, the author has forwarded letters and posted books to the National AIDS Control Organization, the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the Union Health Minister, the President of India, the Vice President of India, the Prime Minister of India, the Governor of Karnataka and the Chief Minister of Karnataka requesting them to provide moral support to recognize and promote Urine Therapy.
