Jimmy McDonough is a biographer and journalist. He has also written biographies of Neil Young, Tammy Wynette and Russ Meyer. Time magazine declared his Milligan biography The Ghastly One "a masterpiece" and John Waters repeatedly names it one of his all-time favorites.
