John Chitty

John Chitty is co-founder of Colorado School of Energy Studies (www.EnergySchool.com) in Boulder, Colorado. He has practiced and taughtPolarity Therapy, Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy and Psychotherapysince 1979. In addition to Energy Exercises, he is author of Dancingwith Yin and Yang (2013) and Working with Babies (2016). He served five terms as President of the American Polarity Therapy Association(1993-1998).
