Or closer to home, Black Elk; Heȟáka Sápa was a famous wičháša wakȟáŋ and heyoka of the Oglala Lakota who lived in the present-day United States, primarily South Dakota. He was a second cousin of the war chief Crazy Horse.

Many of us feel as though we have to earn love, acceptance. Untrue. Who and what your are at your essential level, your Spirit, is perfect, whole and unique. Trust yourself, trust your life. We are here for experiences and to love. That’s it. Kate
