Katy Craine attended her first FoodnSport retreat in 2010 and has been involved in every event since. As a world traveler and free spirit she has become an integral part of the FoodnSport retreat event team She also works in the kitchen at The Woodstock Fruit Festival, the Denmark Fruit Festival, and other worldwide 80/10/10 events. She received her 80/10/10 culinary training by completing the Simply Delicious Culinary Skills course and in 2013 had the honor of acting as co-chef alongside FoodnSport’s Head of Culinary Skills, Chef Alicia Ojeda, during the annual Health & Fitness Week and Culinary Skills Week. Katy filled the role of executive chef for the Fasting and Feasting retreat and Walking Tour in Costa Rica in 2014, for the second year in a row.
