Marcel Desaulniers

Marcel Desaulniers is the former co-owner, cofounder, and executive chef of the famous Trellis Restaurant in Colonial Williamsburg, Virginia. His books include the James Beard Award–winning Death by Chocolate, the IACP Award–winning Desserts to Die For, Death by Chocolate Cakes, Death by Chocolate Cookies, and Celebrate with Chocolate. In 2012, Desaulniers and his wife, Connie, opened MAD about Chocolate, a chocolate cafe in Williamsburg, Virginia.
