Oleg Maltsev

Academician Oleg Maltsev is a restorer of applied sciences (Venetian School), Ph.D., Head of the Odessa Regional Office of the Ukrainian Academy of Sciences. Dr. Maltsev authored more than 100 books at the intersection of disciplines, 30 of which are accessible for the general public (main subjects: applied history, depth psychology, philosophy, criminalistics). To preserve the legacy of the legendary Cus D'Amato, Dr. Maltsev is making a series of books for the public domain: the first book he authored together with Tom Patti was "Non-Compromised Pendulum". When it comes to martial arts, Oleg Maltsev continuously conducts studies in the field of martial arts and world criminal traditions. As the founder of Expeditionary Corps, he conducts field research and scientific expeditions on different continents, which is unique by itself and allows to revalidate authenticity of scientific conclusions. Also, he is the head of the Memory Institute, Research Institute of World Martial Art Traditions and Criminalistic Research of Weapon Handling and International Schicksalsanalyse Community Research Institute.
