Patsy Spurrier Hallman

Patsy Johnson Hallman is dean, College of Education, Stephen F. Austin State University, Nacogdoches, Texas. Her career as an educator has included teaching at all levels, kindergarten through university. In addition, she has served as a university administrator for the past 11 years.
