Dr. Pritt Verma

Dr. Pritt Verma completed Ph.D. in PharmaceuticalSciences (Pharmacology) jointly from Department ofPharmacology CSIR-National Botanical ResearchInstitute and Amity Institute of Pharmacy, AmityUniversity Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow Campus Lucknow,India, with focus to the ethno medicinal value ofmedicinal plants in hepatotoxicity with keen interest inmolecular biology (In-vitro study) on cell lines. She wasinvolved to evaluate the antiulcer activity of the medicinalplants using pylorus ligation, paracetamol and indomethacin induced ulcermodel. She is Graduate member of The American Society of Pharmacology andExperimental Therapeutics, Member of International Society of Ethnopharmacology UK, Life time member of National Society of Ethnopharmacology, Kolkata, India with interest in evolution and application ofsophisticated and modern technologies in early diagnosis and treatment ofdifferent liver fibrosis and liver toxicity; from lung cancers to pulmonaryhypertension, lung disease and development of some novel pathway related toreduce the liver fibrosis.
