Rita Greer

Rita Greer has been writing for nearly 30 years and has published more than 25 books. She specialises in recipes and formula development for special foods for people on exclusion diets, an interest which grew out of her need to prepare appetising meals for her disabled husband. Her other books for Souvenir Press include Rita Greer's Vegetarian Cookbook, Olive Oil (with Cyril Blau), The Book of Vitamins and Healthfood Supplements (both with Dr Robert Woodward), and Antioxidant Nutrition and Wheat-Free Cooking.
