Robert K Swisher

Robert K. Swisher Jr. began writing in 1967 after serving as a radio operator in Vietnam. Early in his career he placed hundreds of poems and several dozen short stories in literary journals while at the same time writing for outdoor magazines and newspapers. Between 1975 and 2007 fourteen of his novels were published ranging from young adult, contemporary, to historical fiction. Many of these books received outstanding reviews from Publishers Weekly, Best Sellers, The Mid-West Book Review, and others. Two of the novels were optioned. Three have recently been re-released as eBooks by the publisher and eight are still in print. In 2008, Mr. Swisher went indie and has published twelve novels - a four-book humorous mystery series, and others that cross the line between literary and contemporary. All have been well received.
