I. I. Ross Edward Percifield

Author of Diamonds In The Rough - A Treasury of 20th Century Romantic Verse, Ross Edward Percifield II has devoted much of his life to writing poetry. The fulfillment of his life's dream began in Old Town Tavern when the first six stanzas of an epic poem whispered through his mind. A degree in English, studies in foreign languages, football and record-setting javelin throw became resources in his storytelling toolkit. Percifield's own epic journey began when he was very young. A "G.I. Brat" and veteran himself, his far-off travels not only inspired his literary wanderlust; they fostered a world's eye view and compassion for all humanity.
