Sameh Egyptson

Sameh Egyptson - Swedish writer and researcher of Egyptian origin. Born in Aswan and raised in Shubra al-Khayma, a worker's suburb of Cairo. He was interested in thought and politics during his time at Ain Shams University in the 1980s. and finished studies in religious and Islamic studies at the University of Lund, Sweden. He is currently a researcher in the field of religious relations at Lund University. He has participated in several debates and programs in Television and the Swedish Radio. He also writes articles in newspapers specializing in religious relations, issues of Egypt and the Middle East.
