Sayuri Tatsuyama

Sayuri Tatsuyama is the creator of Pukupuku Tennen Kairanban (Pukupuku Natural Bulletin), a ten-volume manga series about puppies and other pets. In 2001, it was the 47th winner of the prestigious annual Shogakukan Manga Award for children's manga. In Japan, Happy Happy Clover has been made into an anime and a Nintendo DS video game. Tatsuyama's manga career began in 1984, with the debut of Yumemiru Kiniku Hime (Dreaming Princess Muscle) in the magazine ShoComi. Her work is currently serialized in Ciao magazine.
