Sean O'Brien

Sean O’Brien is the author of A Muse of Fire and Wondrous Strange: 12 Amusingly Unexpected Tales. He is an English teacher at a high school in Southern California, where he also serves as head varsity football coach. In 2008, he was named the California State Educator of the Year by the California League of High Schools. His amazing wife, Sue, is much, much smarter than him, and far more attractive as well. Sean has two children, Katie and James, who teach him every day to be a better man. No tattoos or distinguishing marks. Never been abducted by aliens. Intensely dislikes balloons, the non-word “irregardless,” and people who are ambivalent about Mark Twain.
