Stephen Barber

Stephen Barber is Senior Research Fellow in film and media at the European Research Centre, Kingston University, Surrey. He is the author of Fragments of the European City (Reaktion, 1995), Tokyo Vertigo (2001) and Extreme Europe (Reaktion, 2001). The Times has praised his work as "brilliant and profound".
