Tim Thornton

Tim Thornton is the proprietor of Marine Computing International, which develops software for specific marine projects and to facilitate mobile phone and PC users' access to the web whilst on the move. Amongst their recent projects are programs for round the world races to plan the most efficient (and fastest) route based on constantly updated weather reports.
