Vincent Harding

Dr. Vincent Harding is currently Professor Emeritus of Religion and Social Transformation at the Iliff School of Theology in Denver, Colorado. In 1997, he and his late wife, Rosemarie Freeney Harding, founded the Veterans of Hope Project to encourage a healing, centered, intergenerational approach to social justice activism that recognizes the interconnectedness of spirit, creativity, and citizenship. Dr. Harding is the author of many books including: Martin Luther King: The Inconvenient Hero; There Is a River: The Black Struggle for Freedom in America.
