在調查一名同事的離奇謀殺案時，資深警官雷妮洛米托（由瑪麗布萊姬飾演）在他們的警用密錄器影片中發現了一個神秘人物。她被事件的影像困擾著，懷疑是某種超自然的東西鎖定了她所在單位的警察們。在分秒必爭下，她找到了一個她認為可以阻止這場殺戮的人。雷妮在這場槍擊事件，發現了警察單位一個險惡的秘密，而且還掩飾一位手無寸鐵的青年。納特沃爾夫也在這部激烈的動作驚悚片中出演。

I enjoyed it as a horror movie but I think it's portrayal of police corruption was a little too simplistic and the villains were too 2 dimensional and stereotypical. The baddies needed more depth.

It was a raw approach, to a sensitive topic, a little different from your Norm. Not awful to watch by any means. The ending was wrapped up a little too quick, but it's a good movie, for entertainment purposes. Definitely a few moments, where the Goosebumps came out.

1. If you're filiming in New Orleans, then have NOPD, no made up departments. 2. Love Mary J. But she can't act. Monotone. 3. Movie is slow, and disjointed, love the senery, other than that this movie is a dud. Don't buy!
