O diretor e roteirista Taika Waititi traz seu estilo próprio de humor a Jojo Rabbit, uma sátira da 2a. Guerra Mundial, sobre um garoto alemão solitário, cuja visão de mundo é virada de cabeça para baixo quando ele decobre que sua mãe solteira está escondendo uma garota judia no sótão. Ajudado apenas pelo seu idiota amigo imaginário, Adolf Hitler, Jojo tem que confrontar seu patriotismo inocente.

Love this film! Watched it twice in Cinema when it came out & had to buy it. Love seeing war through the eyes of a child, which so many serious moments met with some heart felt and happy moments.

One of my favourite movies of all time. You get humour, but it's also a deap and thoughtful movie. Urgh the director and actors are just too good.

Life in Nazi Germany as told through the eyes of a young boy. The veil lifted as he's forced to confront the horrors committed by the regime midway through. A truly beautiful and touching film that explores innocence lost.
