New York City playboy and professional charmer Jack Frost (Jason Behr) is shattered to discover that his one true love (Monet Mazur) is about to marry another man. As the news sends Jack spiraling into a self-destructive cycle of reckless behaviour, his best friends decide to find a way of cheering him up. However, redemption comes from an unlikely source in the form of Jack's young neighbour. Eleven year old Sophie's wise and thoughtful words help Jack to see a different way out of his troubles and take control of his life.
