According to legend, only those direct descendants of Cain and Abel can wield the Lightbringer. In the hands of one it brings eternal life, in the other, death. In his search for the Lightbringer, Dracula (played by Luke Roberts) crosses paths with a beautiful crusader named Alina (played by Kelly Wenham) who bears a remarkable resemblance to his murdered bride. One look at her and Dracula is immediately smitten. Could Alina be the reincarnation of his long-dead love? Dracula has Alina kidnapped and brought to his castle where the Beast must now try to win his Beauty’s heart. But time is running out for Dracula to convince Alina of her true feelings. Her companions - the renowned vampire hunter Van Helsing (played by Academy Award® winner Jon Voight), the handsome lovestruck thief Lucien, her feisty younger sister Esme, and Andros, a vampire slayer from the frozen north - are determined to rescue Alina and kill Dracula in the process. Their journey takes the travelers across breathtaking mountain ranges and sweeping vistas where they must battle nightmarish creatures and Armies of the Undead until they finally find Dracula’s castle. The grand adventure culminates in an epic battle and a heart-wrenching love story that transcends death itself.
