Wish I could give it zero stars. So awful and racist. I saw a review saying that "white people need to learn what they did was awful and pay". That is so racist it nauseates me and others I know. This movie just shoves what left-winged liberals in Los Angeles and San Francisco want: censorship of the majority. And I'm tired of hearing African-American. Just say American, because that's what we all are. Instead of labeling others, we need to all be happy and stop milking what happened in the 1800's. Sure, slavery is bad, but shoving fake statements and reperations in others faces isn't helping anything. Just move on and let's all be happy. Previous slaves in England and France don't try to milk money out of others.

Is what this movie should've been called. I am white, and I used to have more black friends than white friends, now most always blab on about this and blame me. Unlike those rude motha-flippin whites in the past I'd never do that. Now I only have two friends and if you HAVENT GUESSED, THEIR WHITE. I respect every living flipping creature! Thanks for ruining my life though. Here's what I think, GET OVER IT, ALL YOU PEOPLE! AND WHAT THE FLIP IS WITH PEOPLE CALLING OTHERS NI**ER? NOW THATS RACISM.

As a black man I have to say this movie was tired and boring I'm tired of seeing the slave movies it's time to move past this S#@T. It didn't deserve any awards. Slavery happened we know. Geez but its time to move forward and I kinda feel like this holds us back as a species not a race. Remember our past. But leave it in the past.
