It's not completely 'bad' as movies go, but 70% of the movie is just about the people living their lives, and the last 40% is when everything happens. Also, it does not really compare to all the "Weather Disaster" movies that's come before it.

Well it was really good at the start there is this Russian spy who's doing back flips but then the ground opened and there was the secret base of teddies who were going to spoil the movie but the Russian spy stopped him

There's a town. A tornado hits it. Buildings fall over. People get hurt. That's it. Really, that's it.
