Sam Mendes, le réalisateur oscarisé de Skyfall, Spectre et American Beauty, apporte sa vision personnelle à cette épopée de la Première Guerre mondiale. Au plus fort de la Guerre, deux jeunes soldats britanniques, Schofield (George MacKay -- Captain Fantastic) et Blake (Dean- Charles Chapman - Game of Thrones), se voient confier une mission à proprement parler impossible. Porteurs d'un message qui pourrait empêcher une attaque dévastatrice et la mort de centaines de soldats, dont le propre frère de Blake, ils se lancent dans une véritable course contre la montre, à travers les lignes ennemies.

I watched this on a streaming service and it was great. Heavy focus on the torment of a single soldier tasked with a messenger service and what he went through to complete his objective. A bit predictable it amazing acting and camera work, the sets are amazing. Also $2 cheaper at the Microsoft store

Awesome film brilliantly done ! Amazing cinematography, superb cast very well done ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Instantly became a classic in my digital & disc collection. Both the 4K UHD & BLU-RAY discs are both superior to that of the digital streaming . Discs offer Dolby Atmos sound if you’re set up for it or 5.1 DTS HD-MSTR where aa digital only offers Dolby Digital 5.1 which is severely outdated . Which ever format you choose do enjoy folks 😉 ✌️

Great film! Accurate to the times too. It was shot to look like one shot. Actors did great too. 100% recommended by me! It’s R rated for swearing and a little blood. Glad to see there was no sexual content.
