From director Betty Thomas (Dr. Dolittle, Private Parts) comes 28 Days, the story of Gwen Cummings (Sandra Bullock), a successful New York writer living life in the fast lane and everyone's favorite party girl-until she gets drunk with boyfriend Jasper (Dominic West), borrows her sister's (Elizabeth Perkins) wedding limo and earns herself a stay in court-ordered rehab. This is a really good movie. Sandra Bullock is excellent. Viggo Mortenson is gorgeous. By the way I am really sick and tired of professional "critics" who review movies almost always hating them and writing nasty, mean commentaries. Maybe they are jealous because they have no talent. Whatever they need to get a life.

As a recovering addict, this movie accurately portrays in-patient rehabilitation and the struggles it takes to beat the disease of addiction.

Will always bein my life long favorite movies for getting a grasp on my gourd when I am on a good bender!
