28 Weeks Later, the follow-up to the hugely successful 28 Days Later, picks up six months after the rage virus has annihilated Mainland Britain. The US army declares that the war against infection has been won, and that the reconstruction of the country can begin. As the first wave of refugees return, a family is reunited - but one of them unwittingly carries a terrible secret. The virus is not yet dead, and this time, it is more dangerous than ever.

Ratings and reviews

Could have done without a second one, which was also open ended. What's next, 28 Months Later? I hope not. The FX, however, were good and gross, especially when the helicopter flew through the zombies. Head of security, or not, this guy never have been able to get close to his isolated wife. She would be guarded 24-7.

A very good sequel. Dispute other reviews, I could stand to see a "28 months later".

I like it even though their not my preferred traditional zombies.
