In the summer of 1940, the RAF hastily assembles the 303 squadron made up exclusively of Polish airmen, who have made their way across the English Channel following the Nazi invasion of their homeland. Ace pilot Jan Zumbach is among the brave recruits, who arrives in Britain with a broken heart, believing his sweetheart Jagoda is trapped in their invaded homeland. Jan dedicates himself to supporting the British pilots against the Luftwaffe onslaught.

WARNING> I Cannot give an adeqate review as having very poor hearing I do need subtitles to watch films. This film says subtitles are provided.Unfortunately they are very restricted. However, the film is Polish and mainly takes place in England as one would expect so there is a large English supporting cast. EnglishsSubtitles are provided for when the Polish characters are speakig,but no subtitles are provided for when the English characters are speaking which is for a large proportion of the film. So I was unable to understand what was going on most of the time. In fact, I just couldn't watch all the film. Three stars for some of the flying scenes!. .

This is a great film I love watching war films and this was well worth watching full of great action and shows how many young men took part In the battle to keep us all free.

Excellent film. Action packed.
