Terrible acting, horrible dialogue & just a lot of awkward scenes that seem like the actors are in completely different movies make this one definitely worth MISSING. It's as if Costner hadn't been in a movie in awhile & decided to write, direct, produce & star in this terrible movie. We couldn't even finish this movie & I would gladly pay again to not have to finish it.

Very very very bad movie. I couldn't even finish watching it cause it was so bad story was bad. Idk who thought this would be a good movie lol. Maybe if the script had some work on it n fixed up it would've been good. Kevin Costner is the only good thing in this movie but the horrible writing was making this movie unbearable to watch. DO NOT WASTE UR MONEY please wait for it on netflix

007 gender crashes the story of "My Life Without Me". With nothing left to lose, the lead is as predictable as the story line. And yet, some great cinematography results in an entertaining flick. The side-story of the girl coming of age never quite gets fully fleshed out due to the action but, the father-daughter relationship becomes plausible in the final scenes. All-in-all, Costner has been in movies that were WAY worse than this. (and I'm not counting Waterworld)
